Bitumen 60/70 is produced from vacuum bottom through a continuous closed system that involves heating and compressing hot air. By using this method, the TFOT easily meets ASTM standards. Globally, around 80% of Bitumen 60/70 is used in road construction, while the remaining 20% is utilized for other purposes, such as waterproofing and general construction projects. As a result, it remains one of the most popular grades of bitumen for infrastructure and building applications.
Second grade of bitumen 60/70
The second quality of bitumen 60/70 is coming from vacuum bottom but the process is not continues. Therefore quality is made by batch production and each time shall produce specific weight and after production discharge and again next batch. It is not passing TFOT which is very important in asphalt aging.
The third grade of material is produced by blending two or three different types of bitumen, which may include soft, medium, or hard grades. As a result of this blending process, the final bitumen contains a higher wax content. In addition, it has greater viscosity compared to the first two grades, making it more suitable for specialized industrial applications.
Bitumen 60/70 bulk delivery
Bulk packing of bitumen 60/70 is two way, we transit by truck tanker which is dual layer and can remain liquid during the transit up to seven days then at destination it will discharge easily and without heating.
In case bitumen get cold buyer can heat up via special channel in backside of tanker and inject the fire in the pipeline between the tank to heat the bitumen and there is exhaust on the front of tanker and the fire passing whole of tank. This way of delivery is good for neighbor customers. For far destination is not economy.
We are able to deliver the bitumen 60/70 in bulk vessel via our vessel or if customer bring the vessel we can fill up for them. The minimum order quantity is 1000 tons and maximum 36000 tons. It is cheap for the buyer who has or can arrange storage tank at destination. Some of destination doesn’t have storage tank equal to to vessel and they arrange hundreds of truck tanker instead.

Road Construction
Widely used as a binder in road construction projects and mixed with aggregates (such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone) to create asphalt concrete, which forms the top layer of roads. Mixture provides durability, waterproofing, and resistance to heavy traffic.
Asphalt Pavements
Most usage of Bitumen 60/70 is in the production of asphalt pavements, including highways, airports, parking lots, and driveways. So acts as a binder that holds the aggregate particles together and provides strength and flexibility to the pavement structure.
Special and very old material used in manufacturing of roofing materials, such as asphalt shingles and roofing felt. Therefore provides excellent waterproofing properties, protecting buildings from water leakage and damage.

per 20ft container we are loading 110 drums. Each drum is 185 kg Net and 195 Kg gross weight. In case of ordering other drum sizes line 120, 145 or 150 also able to deliver.
Bag
Another option for packing of bitumen 60/70 is jumbo bag which is 800 kg to 1200kg and able to load in 40ft and 20ft containers. The best packing right now is Polycube which is 300kg bags and 80 pcs able to stuff in 20ft container.
Flexi tank
Another packing option for bitumen 60/70 is flexitank, which holds 20–24 MT in a 20ft container. It’s a cost-effective, leak-proof bulk solution that reduces packaging waste and speeds up loading and unloading. Heating pads or insulation can be added to maintain temperature during transit.
Polycube
By the way it is economic packing and cut the transport cost and compete with other packing now. 24 tons per container and no waist of bitumen during melting is the benefit.
